Shame about the FFrwd being cancelled. Maybe
some other time?
Our first gig at O'Neill's
in Cardiff last night. How did it go? - AMAZING!
As it was our first time,
we obviously wanted it to go well, but wern't sure how we'd
be received. We needn't have worried - the crowd went wild and
crowded the front of the stage area all night, cheering and
appreciating every solo - and going crazy over Claire (nothing
new there!).
Landlord also ecstatic
- so we will be returning. Just a matter of matching up diaries.
So thanks O'Neill's for
a great night - looking forward to the next time.
A quick word of thanks
to all those that have helped us moving our gear in and out
at the start and end of the nights. With Mark and James incapacitated,
we literally would not have been able to do these gigs without
you. Looks as though we may have solved our problems though,
as Daniel has helped us out on the last two gigs and, hopefully,
will be signed up on a permanent basis. Daniel - great job,
and welcome to the madhouse!
Our best wishes go out
to our regular supporters, Paul and Sarah Jones. Sarah has just
had a major operation, and we all wish her a speedy and full
recovery. Hope to see you at a gig before too long.
